Torahebi Banana Blend (beans)

Born from a collaboration with novelist Banana Yoshimoto, the Torahebi Banana Blend was crafted with a singular focus on evoking the natural aroma of banana.
Using green beans processed through three distinct methods, the roast profile and blend ratio were meticulously calibrated to achieve a completely new expression of aroma within a deep roast.
